Reinforcement & Follow Up

Our classroom-based workshops and modules include a variety of skills practice. Even so, many organisations recognise the value of additional practice opportunities.

For the majority of AchieveGlobal programmes, we offer a Skills Practice session facilitator guide – a fully scripted lesson plan for a repeatable, one-hour follow-up session. In addition, each guide includes tips and best practices on how to conduct skills practice sessions using collaborative software.

Participant materials include a variety of just-in-time reinforcement tools, which can be used to apply skills on the job. These vary by programme and may include electronic planners, skill guide aids, job aids, diagnostic tools and reference materials.
